Order Terms
Orders received before 2:00 p.m. are normally shipped the same day. If we are out-of-stock on an item, we will contact you do determine if you would like us to ship a partial and back-order the balance.

Orders from stock are not charged to your account until day of shipment. Custom order items are charged upon placement of order. Any other exceptions which may require deposit or advance payment will be coordinated with the customer before the order is accepted.

Cancellations

Orders for standard stock items may be cancelled prior to shipment. Custom items are charged to your card at time of order and cannot be canceled.

Damaged Goods
Please inspect your packages carefully upon receipt. Make a detailed inspection of all packages prior to signing acceptance of shipment. Failure to do so can hold you liable for damages. If there is damage, notify the driver. Claims not noted with the driver should be placed directly with UPS by calling 800-PICK-UPS. Please also notify us at sales@phillytools.com immediately. Save the original packaging and product. We will gladly assist you as you work with UPS to resolve any damage issues.

Return Policy
We are convinced that you will be extremely satisfied with any product that you purchase because of its high quality and discounted price. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately.

In order to return any item, we must be contacted directly either by email: sales@phillytools.com or by phone: 877-PHL-TOOL (877-745-8665). We will issue a Return Authorization Number and detail the shipping instructions. We will not accept any return that does not have prior approval. This policy covers items that may have been shipped incorrectly, items that were ordered in error and items that have apparent defects. All requests for returns must be made within (30) days of receipt.

Orders shipped in error will be replaced at our expense, including return shipping. We will provide you the opportunity to cancel any replacements if timing required to you to obtain alternative product to meet your deadlines.

Security
We use industry standard SSL encryption to ensure the security of your order information. It is sent to our secure server where it is reviewed and processed.

Ordering Information
We strive to fill and ship orders from stock the same business day when received by 2 PM [EST]. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday. Items that are not in stock will be shipped as quickly as possible from manufacturer inventory [fulfillment usually occurs within 1-2 days plus transit time.] Payment will be processed at time of shipment.

If upon receipt and review of your order, there are any discrepancies, you will be notified by email that your order will not be processed until all issues are resolved. If upon processing of your credit card information there are any discrepancies, you will be notified by email that your order will not be shipped until payment is resolved.

Shipping Options
We have complete confidence in and use UPS exclusively.
We offer the following service levels:
UPS Next Day Air® [delivery by 10:30 AM]
UPS 2nd Day Air® [End of 2nd business day]
UPS Ground [On scheduled day]

UPS Ground will be standard method of shipment unless otherwise noted.
